Hi I'm Holly, a certified Pilates instructor here at Sensate Spa and Studios. Teaching at Sensate feels like a dream—it's a space that blends calm, energy, and connection in all the right ways.

I love guiding clients through mindful movement, helping them discover strength they didn’t know they had, and seeing how that strength translates into their everyday lives.


Pilates isn’t just about sculpting your core (although yes, hello abs!). It is also about building a deep connection between mind and body.

Focus on your breath AND your form: In Pilates, breath supports every movement and your form encourages you to connect deeply with your body and how it moves. Taking this out of the studio and in to your everyday life will help you to feel more grounded, more present, and more in control.
