Part-Time Business Spa Manager (Remote with On-Site Duties)

14 - 16 hrs per week

£14-£16 per hour, with experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised individual to join our wonderful Sensate team as a Part-Time Business Spa Manager.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely with one morning dedicated to on-site responsibilities at our spa location.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, proficiency and passion in all administrative tasks, and a strong initiative to contribute to the growth of our business.

With a strong passion for people management, customer service, and a love for maintaining order and systems, this role will oversee various aspects of spa operations, including maintenance and equipment management.

Responsibilities:

​

  • Administrative Excellence: Execute administrative tasks with precision, including filing, data management, and maintaining organised records.

  • Operational Efficiency: Implement and maintain efficient organisational systems to optimise productivity both remotely and on-site.

  • People Management: Demonstrate strong people management skills, fostering a positive, supportive work environment and building strong team relationships.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, fostering positive client experiences and long-term relationships.

  • Booking Systems Oversight: Manage booking systems with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless scheduling and reservation management. Intuitive to implement new systems if needed.

  • Maintenance and Equipment Oversight: Oversee maintenance and upkeep of spa equipment, ensuring functionality and safety standards are met to a high standard. Full training will be given.

  • Business Growth Initiatives: Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to support the growth and development of the business.

  • Social Media Management: Utilise social media platforms to enhance the spa's online presence and engage with the community effectively.

 

Requirements:

​

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and programs, other relevant software.

  • Strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Exceptional people management and customer service skills.

  • Ability to oversee spa site maintenance and spa equipment effectively.

       Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Social media savvy with the ability to leverage platforms for business growth. Working knowledge of Wix and other social media platforms preferable

  • Availability for long-term commitment and growth with the company.

  • Flexibility to work 14-16 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required.
