Monthly Yoga Therapy for Menopause workshop from 6.15-7.45pm at Sensate.


"Are you looking for a supportive, calming space to relax and manage the emotions and physical changes of menopause?"


Sally teaches somatic yoga to calm the nervous system, reduce cortisol and stimulate the vagus nerve.


She will use the techniques that she has learnt through yoga therapy training, counselling psychotherapy clients, and her personal experience of menopause to help other women to manage this transitional time in a way that feels positive and even joyful.


The yoga movements are slow and help you calm your nervous system. There will also be some time to share thoughts in the supportive environment of the group with a warming drink.

Sally is a psychotherapist and yoga teacher with an interest in chronic pain, the connection between our mind, emotions and physical body, and also menopause and hormonal changes.
