Time to Connect, Breathe, Move & Relax
This day retreat is a chance to really unwind and fully recharge yourself.
Arrive from 10am with a chance to meet everyone and settle in with a herbal tea, we will then have our sharing circle and an opportunity to choose an oracle card and do some journalling/intention setting.
We will move into our mindful yoga practice tailored to the needs of the group exploring a range of movements through the whole body.
1pm we will have a delicious nutritious vegetarian lunch (dietary accommodations can be made, please let me know)
2pm time to enjoy the spa facilities including the sauna/jacuzzi and cold plunge for those of you who are brave!
3.45pm we return to our yoga mats for some restorative yoga and a long guided yoga nidra and visualisation before finishing with our closing circle at 5pm
