Summer Solstice Retreat: 

Nurturing new dreams with the Strawberry Moon cycle

Join us on this mini retreat to enjoy reflection, renewal, and connection as we embrace the power of the Summer Solstice and the illuminating energy of the Strawberry Moon cycle. 

This retreat will guide you through:

• An introduction to the solstice and the energies of the Strawberry Moon cycle, helping us connect with what this season is bringing into our lives.

• Reflection time to journal and let your thoughts flow, with an opportunity to share your insights in a safe and supportive space.

• A 90-minute relaxing spa session in Sensate's beautiful secret garden spa — unwind in the sauna, hot tub, and refresh with the optional Epsom Salts cold plunge pool, followed by a short, soothing meditation.

• A creative activity led by Charlotte and artist Abi, where we’ll work with gratitude and intention.

• A closing circle to seal the energy of our day and send us off with joy and a peaceful heart.

  
  

Nourishing drinks and snacks will also be provided.

Each attendee will create a gift for their very own moon altar at home and receive a mini retreat gift bag. 

Investment: £125 (or £110 for an early bird space if booked by 5th May).

This retreat offers a beautiful space to honour the light within you and cultivate new dreams under the Summer Solstice’s radiant energy. We can’t wait to share this special day with you!
